The purpose of these videos are to illustrate POINTS OF EMPHASIS, and to stay current on officiating issues. Officiating should be more of a science, and less of an art. This will create BETTER PREDICTABILITY when it comes to how certain plays should be officiated. The EBBOA will continue to work to produce high quality officiating. Our partnership with coaches in understanding these situations will continue to be good for the game.
