The Partner Evaluation is an important tool to help all EBBOA officials continually improve. All members are required to complete evaluations for each partner after each game worked. Please provide any useful commentary, be it praise or constructive criticism. Again, submissions are CONFIDENTIAL. All evaluations go directly to CLARENCE MAPP, but will be forwarded to the evaluated official. Thank you for your continued support as we all strive to refine our game.

EBBOA can only get better when when we are honest with ourselves. Remember, we are building a BRAND so don't hesitate to expand on one or two improvement points. As you respond, ask yourself "AND INDICATE AT LEAST ONE THING" regarding how YOU could have helped your partner with the improvement point. This will foster leadership, as well as accountability as a crew. Remember, people are watching the officials, not just your partner!
