WE BUILD
EBBOA CREW 2025 STATE FINAL
WE REWARD
Many officials have experienced the honor of working League Playoffs, Sectionals, and the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Basketball Tournament.
We STAY READY to avoid getting ready... Preparation is a form of respect for this craft, as well as our future. It’s a quiet discipline that speaks loudly when the moment arrives.
So we live like the moment is here, instead of waiting for the call. As a result, some of our ALUMNI have flourished in this methodology, elevating their game to the PRO LEVEL.

WE INNOVATE
EBBOA has made history by one of our own officials participating in the FIRST ALL-FEMALE CREW during the CIF State Basketball Championships. Female officiating crews have worked every division of the CIF State High School Basketball Finals only twice in history—first in 2022 and again in 2025—marking significant milestones in representation and progress.
The need for female officials is at an all-time high, which means there’s no better time for this vocation when considering the demand for more females in stripes!

The Leadership Team has over 200 years of experience spreading across different levels of officiating and business acumen to ensure our brand continues to deliver the services our customers expect.
WE STUDY
Since the introduction of 3 person officiating crews in high school basketball, the EBBOA has found creative and deliberate methods to prepare our officials. Whether it's rule interpretation, mentoring, or game film review, we improve our abilities by putting officials in real time situations. If you are interested in real world scenarios, then you are in the right place. We welcome all officials, who are willing to improve. Leave your ego at the door, and let's get to work. We learn about the game and each other every day.
