EBBOA has made history by one of our own officials participating in the FIRST ALL-FEMALE CREW during the CIF State Basketball Championships. Female officiating crews have worked every division of the CIF State High School Basketball Finals only twice in history—first in 2022 and again in 2025—marking significant milestones in representation and progress.
The need for female officials is at an all-time high, which means there’s no better time for this vocation when considering the demand for more females in stripes!

Since the introduction of 3 person officiating crews in high school basketball, the EBBOA has found creative and deliberate methods to prepare our officials. We improve our abilities by putting officials in real time situations. if you are interested in real world scenarios, then you are in the right place.
