MEMBERSHIP DUES

 

DESCRIPTION:  FULL MEMBERSHIP ($155)

With EBBOA now using Arbiter Sports Assigning Software, we no longer have the ability to bill you for dues on your first pay check.  As always, dues for the current season ($155.00) is an up front cost.  This covers EBBOA registration and ArbiterSports. To automate membership fee payment moving forward, the EBBOA will hold dues for the next season in a reserve account.   EBBOA can hold $75.00 from your first check and $80.00 from your last check.  AGAIN, THESE PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS WILL COVER REGISTRATION FOR THE NEXT SEASON, NOT THE CURRENT.

Example:

1. A new member joins the EBBOA - $155 Payment is due immediately

2. 1ST PAYCHECK - A $75.00 payment is deducted for the NEXT SEASON

3. 2ND PAYCHECK - An $80.00 payment is deducted completing your Registration Payment for NEXT SEASON

4. This will continue for each subsequent year of membership

DESCRIPTION:  CBOA AFFILIATE ($100)

Affiliates are members of any Califoronia Basketball Officals Association operating entities.  See www.cboa.net for the complete list.  Affiliate members have the following characteristics:

1. The EBBOA is NOT their PRIMARY ASSOCIATION

2. Course materials, and Liability Insurance is covered by the PRIMARY ASSOCIATION

3. Officials take their test via the PRIMARY ASSOCIATION

DESCRIPTION:  ASSOCIATE ($60)

Associates are officials on "stand-by" to assist in the event the association is lean on resources. Although it is strongly encouraged to train and have mastery of the rules, there are no test / training requirements to be an associate.  However, associate members are not eligible for playoff games.
